TouchPointe Home Care Agency (TouchPointe) offers referrals for home care services in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Banning Pass, Redlands, and surrounding areas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unlike other home care agencies, we do not require our clients to commit to any minimum number of hours, fixed time or frequency of services.
A care plan is developed based on our comprehensive Care Matching System and is customized according to a client's schedule and his or her individual needs. We offer referrals for services from as little as one hour to 24-hour live-in home care, at any time during the day or night. Services are available at a client's home, assisted living facility, skilled nursing home, hospital, rehabilitation center or hospice facility.
