The scope of TouchPointe Home Care Agency’s (TouchPointe) services goes beyond that of a typical home care referral agency. Additional referral services include:
- Respite care: relief for a primary caregiver or family member from the stress of continuous care
- Hospice assistance: companionship, homemaking, and personal care to terminally ill clients provided by hospice-trained home care aides
- Bath only: assist client with bathing, grooming and dressing only
- 24-hour or live-in service: combines companion, homemaker and personal care around the clock
- Bill paying services: care manager is available to organize bills, write checks, explain to clients what is being paid, and have client sign the checks, mail payments, make bank deposits
